The enthusiasm for driving is ahead for Saudi women

She sat behind an open-wheeled steering wheel and put on a helmet attached to an electronic device that helped her simulate the reality a few days before the ban on women driving in Saudi Arabia. She pressed the accelerator with 70 feet ...

saudi women driving

The authorities will allow Aziza and thousands of women in the conservative kingdom to sit behind the wheel of a real car from Sunday (June 24th) to end decades of embargoes that have made it the only country in the world that denies women driving.

"It will be a great day for us," Aziza, a psychology student, told AFP. "We've waited a long time," she said, trying to focus on driving through the virtual machine.

Emotional excitement prevailed at the Riyadh Park commercial center, where the Traffic Department organized an event to help women prepare for the lifting of the ban on Sunday.

Dozens of women flocked to enjoy the small race car driving over the interlocking paths, while others preferred to visit sites dedicated to giving lessons on traffic lights under the supervision of female trainers.

The trainer explained the importance of the seat belt and tied it around his body in a car in front of women's eyes. Similar events were held in other parts of the Kingdom in Dammam, Jeddah and Tabuk in a sign of Saudi Arabia's preparations for the zero hour as part of a campaign of change led by the young crown prince, Prince Mohammed bin Salman, to introduce social and economic reforms to the rich kingdom.

Driving Schools

Since the decision to allow women to drive last year, driving schools have opened their doors to women to teach them to drive cars and motorcycles in a scene that has been banned for decades.

The resolution, which was seen as the most repressive measure for women, would lead to a major change in the daily lives of women, who would no longer need male drivers to move.

"Wherever we want to go, hospitals, hotels or restaurants, we can now do it alone," said Hatton Ben Dakheel, 21, a pharmacy student. "The days of waiting for the driver for long hours are over."

Some three million women in Saudi Arabia could get a driver's license by 2020, experts say. But allowing women to drive in a kingdom that swings between modernists and conservatives could trigger a backlash from hardliners who long defended the ban and considered driving sin. Two Saudi women with an international driver's license said they would rather wait a few months to monitor things in their country before they got the car.

The government had been awaiting the start of the decision to criminalize harassment and announced a fine of 300 thousand rials (about 80 thousand dollars) and a prison sentence of up to five years against the harasser. The authorities allowed the opening of leadership education institutes in major cities, but many women complained of the lack of numbers of trainers and the high fees required by these institutes.

The kingdom began issuing women's driving licenses in June for the first time in decades, and women with an international driver's license replaced it with a Saudi license. In an effort to prevent women, who do not have a license, from driving, authorities have announced a fine of 900 riyals (about $ 240) to be imposed on women who are arrested without a license, according to Saudi media.

Authorities announced this week that the first group of women, who will deal with accidents involving drivers, began training on her new job, without setting a date for starting their business. Despite the positive effect of the decision to allow women to drive, the optimism about reforms has eased somewhat after the arrest of prominent activists who have long called for a lifting of the leadership ban.

In May, Saudi Arabia announced the arrest of 17 prominent women activists and activists in the field of women's rights. Local media accused them of treason and undermining the stability of the kingdom.

A number of them were released and others were arrested. Among the detainees are female activists who have called for the abolition of the men's jurisdiction over women, which gives men the opportunity to control the travel, education and work of women. The authorities have confirmed that obtaining a driver's license does not require men's approval.

"I encourage my wife to lead," Nayef Abdul Rahman, a Riyadh resident, told AFP. "Women, who can raise children, are able to drive a car.

The Youngest Martyrs of The Gaza Massacre

The caresses and the recent quarrels of eight-month-old Laila al-Ghandour are still present in her mother's memory, as if they had just happened.

But the tear gas that the Israeli army threw over the heads of the civilian demonstrators in the massacre that took place on Monday near the Gaza Strip border put an end to these caresses, strangled the child's lungs and caused her death.

The Ministry of Health has announced, early in the dawn of Tuesday, the death of the infant Ghandour, as a result of gas suffocation.

"The Israeli army deprived her of the first joy in her life," says the mother of the girl, Maryam al-Ghandour, to the Anatolia agency, wiping her tears.

The pregnant mother explains that she was not accompanied by her daughter in the marches. She stayed at home for a pain, and her 13-year-old brother Ammar took her without her knowledge and put her beside her mother, the grandmother of the girl. In peaceful demonstrations.

She added that the baby Laila "was a source of joy and pleasure in the house, and was smiling to all who see and deter."

The mother, "Maryam" "Israel is fully responsible for the death of her child Laila, suffocating by inhaling gas, and the internationally prohibited."

The grandmother, "Hayam Omar" (37 years), who was participating in the marches, says that the Israeli army intensified the fire and gas bombs, despite the presence of children in the march of return.

During the escalation of the al-Awda border camp, her son, Ammar, carried Laila in his arms for fear of her and began to run to his mother (the grandmother of the girl) to protect her from gas from Israeli bombs.

But she did not succeed, and the infant swallowed gas, as the grandmother, who had hugged Laila in her arms, tried to protect her from "Israeli brutality against the demonstrators."

When the grandmother returned to her home in the Sabra neighborhood of Gaza City, she changed the color of the blue color, she says. She rushed to the hospital, but the doctor told them that "the infant died of gas inhalation."

Omar demanded that the Israeli army be prosecuted for its crimes against peaceful protesters, especially children.

The Euro-Mediterranean Observatory for Human Rights (based in Geneva) said that Israeli gas is made up of "substances that cause large tremors and fainting, and may lead to chronic lung infections and chronic nerve convulsions."

On Monday, the Israeli army committed a massacre of peaceful protesters on the Gaza Strip border, killing 60 people and injuring more than 2,770 others, with live bullets, rubber bullets and tear gas canisters.

The protestors were protesting the transfer of the US Embassy to Jerusalem and commemorating the 70th anniversary of the Palestinian Nakba.

This Is The Iranian Plans To Expand In The Middle East And Africa

Since the Iranian Revolution in 1979 and the Iranian leadership is seeking to export this revolution with the aim of interfering in neighboring countries and destabilizing it. It has also established many charities and Shiite cultural centers outside Iran to win the sympathy of Muslims in general and Arab Shiites. The aim is to win regimes, bodies and figures loyal to the Iranian regime in the Middle East and Africa in preparation for control of some sites in these countries. This is what has been confirmed by a prominent Iranian government figure on the occasion of the anniversary of the Iranian revolution in 2015. The commander of the Quds Force of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, Maj. Qassem Soleimani said that "the indicators of exporting the Islamic revolution are everywhere in the region, And even North Africa. "

Since the early 1980s, Iran has been planning to establish the Great Iranian Empire, its roots in Asia and its branches in the Middle East and Africa. This is what we will try to spread out as follows:

Iranian Expansion in the Middle East:

Regional control became a strategic target for Iran after the Khomeini revolution of 1979. It was this control that drove Saudi Arabia and its Gulf states to act to counter this expansionist state, especially as Saudi Arabia felt surrounded by groups of Iranian influence.

Therefore, Iran's ambitions for political and strategic hegemony over the Persian Gulf should not be questioned, which is explained by Iran's ongoing interference in the internal affairs of a number of Gulf states and its expansionist plan in the Arab region, particularly in the Shiite belt and the Arabian Gulf. From Lebanon.

Iran has been supporting its traditional ally Hezbollah in Lebanon for some time and has allied itself with Bashar Assad's regime in Syria, despite the massacres committed against his people. This can not be interpreted as a kind of solidarity with the "Alawite Shiites" in Syria, just as it is an Iranian geographic ambition aimed at controlling both Iraq and Syria, on the one hand, and the siege of Saudi Arabia so as not to be a strategic leader in the Middle East.

In line with its expansionist ambitions, Iran has become a real threat to security in the region because it has not committed itself to respecting the nuclear agreement with the West. It has also violated UN Security Council resolutions and international sanctions with regard to missile tests.

Moreover, Iran's threat and threat today is not only aimed at stability in the Gulf, the Middle East, and the Arab region but also threatens international peace and security and economic and geopolitical interests, given Iran's access to internationally banned nuclear weapons.

This Iranian threat was predicted by many political leaders and strategic analysts, such as former Secretary of State and National Security Adviser Henry Kissinger when he published a lengthy analysis of the challenges facing America and the NATO countries under the current global circumstances. Iran, or the Shiite forces trained, directed and controlled by Iran, on the land of "ISIS" in Iraq and Syria, the result may be a belt of land stretching from Tehran to Beirut, which could lead to the emergence of an extremist radical Iranian empire ".

"Iran has planned for years to defeat," he said, "in order to be the dominant force in Iraq and Syria, through sectarian and ethnic cleansing operations in large areas of Iraq and Syria, which is now the force in these two countries. Arab countries have left the arena of Iraq and Syria over the past years open to Iran and its militias. "

Iranian penetration in Africa:

Since the Iranian revolution, the African continent has been an important focus in the priorities of Iran's expansionist policy, a broad and fruitful arena for its political and economic activities, and an important strategic center for reaching Arab countries in North Africa and controlling their regimes.

The policy of Iran in the African countries is consistent with its policy in the Arab region, which focuses on the religious dimension, which justify its interference in the internal affairs of those countries. In a record period, Iran has established in Africa a strong position and economic and political influence, and set a foothold in those countries such as Nigeria, Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, Senegal, South Africa, Angola and the Congo.

At the religious level, we mention the Shiism that entered Ghana with the beginning of the emigration of Lebanese refugees in the early 1980s, as the Shiite advocacy activity there increased, and civil society organizations, such as Al-Kawthar, began building mosques and organizing religious ceremonies such as celebrating Jerusalem, Ashura and others. The same thing happened in Nigeria, which now has a large Shi'a population thanks to the activities of the Nigerian Islamic Movement, although there was no Shiite presence in Nigeria before the 1980s, before the Iranian revolution was exported.

On the economic front, which is considered one of the most important pillars of Iran's penetration of the African continent, Iran has paid great attention to building bridges of economic cooperation in its foreign policy with African countries and attracting foreign investments such as the establishment of the 2007 Iran Khodro Automotive Factory in Senegal And the conclusion of agreements with Ethiopia in the areas of gas and agriculture, the construction of nuclear plants in Kenya, the conclusion of cooperation agreements in the field of agriculture, equipment and energy, as well as the conclusion of agreements in the field of oil with Angola and South Africa, which has a link with Iran T is very strong in several areas.

The interest, whether religious or economic, is specific to Iran's foreign policy, even if it contradicts its international positions, such as its position on Israel. Ethiopia, while a strategic ally of Israel in the Horn of Africa, maintains strong relations with Iran, which have penetrated the Ahbash community and have been able to spread its Shiite ideology and thus have a political influence on Ethiopia's decision-makers.

Ethiopia, while a strategic ally of Israel in the Horn of Africa, maintains strong relations with Iran, which have penetrated the Ahbash community and have been able to spread its Shiite ideology and thus have a political influence on Ethiopia's decision-makers.

in North Africa:

Tehran strives to win new regional alliances in North Africa based on political, economic, cultural and religious foundations. The alliances and economic and cultural relations that Iran is building with the Maghreb countries, especially the three Maghreb countries - Libya, Algeria and Morocco - are seeking to expand in Africa.

Libya is an important and targeted country by Iran during the reign of President Muammar Gaddafi, who admitted to the Khomeini revolution in 1979 and stood with Iran in its war with Iraq from 1980 to 1988. This was manifested by the increasing Shiism within the youth community under Gaddafi, However, in recent years, the Libyan authorities have been able to stop the wave of Shiism in Iran, after the protest of Sunni Muslims.

Algeria is the focus of Iranian presence in the Maghreb and a gateway to Africa. Besides the special relations between the two countries in the economic sphere, especially energy, Iran has sought to strengthen its bilateral relations with Algeria in the field of tourism. In the early 1990s, when the Islamic Salvation Front (FIS) won the municipal elections, there was a shift in the relationship of the Algerian military regime with Iran, with which it broke off relations, accusing it of supporting the Islamic Front. Relations between the two countries flourished until President Bouteflika came to power. This was reflected in the conclusion of 19 agreements on cooperation in the fields of agriculture, industry, science, culture, construction, water, energy and the nuclear field.

For Morocco, Moroccan-Iranian relations resumed in December 2014 after a six-year diplomatic rupture since 2009 over Moroccan authorities accusing Iran of attempting to interfere in the country's religious affairs. However, the Moroccan foreign ministry recently announced the severing of relations with Iran because of its involvement and its ally Hezbollah in sending weapons to the Polisario Front, a separatist movement in the Tindouf area. He also sent military cadres to train Polisario guerrillas, form commando teams and prepare hostile operations against Morocco.

Thus, Iran is operating according to an expansionary strategic plan in many parts of the world to realize the dream of the great Persian Empire, which wants to end in West Africa (Morocco) and overlook the Atlantic Ocean.

As we market this evidence in the face of the growing danger posed by Iran in the region, and the fact that this danger is on the way to increase and intensify, it is necessary to move immediately and plan to stop the Iranian expansionist regime through a series of measures,

Supporting the efforts of the Arab coalition countries in reducing this danger, especially in the diplomatic arena.

To develop a comprehensive plan to counter the Iranian Shiite ideology. In addition to the security and military aspects, it is necessary to fight the destructive Iranian thought.

Iran has to respect international legitimacy by reviewing and completing the nuclear agreement, especially on the ballistic missile program in Iran, the need to link the nuclear agreement with Iran beyond 2025, and to address Iran's missile program.

Does Saudi Arabia Retreat Separation Of Genders?

The Saudi government appears to have backed a new initiative calling for an end to the closure of shops at the time of prayer and segregation in public places, potentially divisive reforms for conservative Saudi Arabia.

Image From Hespress.com

Okaz Journal said the "Quality of Life 2020" program to improve life in Saudi Arabia had indicated that these two standards required "immediate change" to increase people's participation in their activities and to boost investor confidence. The article was published on Friday but was later uploaded.

A copy of the document she referred to was seen by Reuters, but a different version, published on an official website that did not mention gender segregation or store closures, was among the reforms needed. No time frame has been set.

"We look at all the things that belong to the citizen and the resident, including things that are related to improving the lifestyle, such as the entry of families into sports stadiums and the leadership of women," Loay Bafakih, the program's chief executive, told Reuters by telephone on Saturday.

For decades, Saudi Arabia has imposed strict social norms, including banning alcohol, music, and mixing between the sexes.

Many of these things are now changing under the initiatives of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, who curtailed the powers of the CPV in 2016 under ambitious social and economic reforms that included re-opening a movie house last month after a 40-year ban Years.

Saudi Arabia is expected to allow women to drive this summer but on condition. Saudi Arabia does not have a comprehensive codified law. Instead, Saudi Arabia relies on Islamic law, with police and the judiciary relying on social norms to enforce certain restrictions.

Analysts say there is no legal basis to enforce the closure of stores or the separation of the sexes.

The Commission for the Promotion of Virtue (CPV) is still scouring some public places, but no longer harasses people while they are in the streets at prayer time or private institutions intervene to enforce gender segregation. Many Saudis, especially in large cities, welcoming restrictions on the authority of The CPV.

Increasingly allowing incommunicado men and women to enter places for families in restaurants, gender segregation was no longer applied in public events.

Shops still close at prayer times for about 30 minutes but allow some customers to stay indoors and continue shopping.

No changes were made during an event on Thursday to celebrate "the Quality of Life" program, which includes support for entertainment, health, sports, and education.

Regarding whether the FIFA regulations allow for such impressive results, especially by a strong head of state and a party in the US file, the spokesman explained that the FIFA will not return to its regulations in this regard only to choose the place where the World Cup 2026 ".

The response of the International Federation in an "answer" to the newspaper's questions appeared to be "forgiving," especially since the Moroccan comments on Trump's entry had questioned whether FIFA could take a position on the direct threat of the US president to those who were trying to vote on the Moroccan file , Asking the question as follows: What if such a threat came from a valid Moroccan official, then the consequences were not serious for the Moroccan file, and for FIFA to respond to it?

Donald Trump wrote on his account: "It would be shameful for countries that we have always supported to oppose the United States offer. Why should we support these countries while they do not support us, including in the United Nations?"

Trump Want Americans on the Moon

On Monday, December 11, President Trump held a service where he marked another mandate for America's space program. The objective? Returning American space explorers on the moon to "set up an establishment for a possible mission to Mars."

Presently where have we heard something like this previously? Goodness yes, previous Speaker of the House and Republican Presidential Candidate, Newt Gingrich, specified colonizing the moon on the battle field, guaranteeing in 2012 that on the off chance that he were chosen, before his second's over term, "we will have the main changeless base on the moon and it will be American."

Image from Firsttoknow.com

Well it appears that the thought reverberated with the Trump organization too. And keeping in mind that there was no discussion of fitting a goliath laser on the moon and pointing it at North Korea, President Trump didn't discount weaponizing the moon. "Space has such a great amount to do with such a large number of different applications," he said. "Counting a military application."

VP Mike Pence is the administrator of the as of late resuscitated National Space Council, which were the ones who consistently endorsed the order in secret in October. At Monday's public interview, Pence made it clear this new strategy will "improve our national security and our ability to accommodate the normal protection of the general population of the United States of America."

So what does this mean for the normal American? Will the 51st state be on the moon? Will we have the capacity to bring our get-aways into space on the back of an American rocket and remain at a Trump Moon Hotel? Will we fight off atomic rockets with a Dr. Malicious compose moon laser all things considered? "Envision the likelihood holding up in those huge, wonderful stars on the off chance that we hope against hope enormous," the President said. "What's more, that is the thing that our nation is doing once more: We're thinking beyond practical boundaries."

Before sufficiently long, the DNA test comes about affirmed that the blood had a place with Jessica. With this proof, an official examination was propelled. Numerous driving field specialists, insight investigators, and researchers were acquired to help. However, for over three years, their scan for answers was all futile…

Amid that time, 75 individuals chipped away at the case—totaling 12,000 hours. With barely short of 1,500 hints analyzed, 53 living arrangements investigated, and different land and water seek, regardless they had nothing. What could've conceivably happened to Jessica that night?

At last, a witness offered some possibly accommodating facts. He depicted a Caucasian man in his thirties who was around six feet tall—and driving a silver SUV. He said the man was found in the station playing with Jessica just before she vanished.

At that point, specialists, at last, got their huge break. They figured out how to find a nearby assembly line laborer named Jeffrey Willis, who had as of late endeavored to steal a youngster frame the region.

Jeffrey was brought into guardianship for his conceivable association with Jessica's vanishing—and he was additionally immediately accused of the 2014 murder of another nearby lady, Rebekah Sue Bletsch. Clearly, police thought they'd discovered a man in charge of numerous violations.

Hilton guaranteed they'd sufficiently discovered proof to demonstrate that Jeffrey had killed Jessica and that a man named Kevin Lavern Bluhm was likely an embellishment in the wrongdoing.

The following day, a judge ruled both Jeffrey and Kevin would need to stand trial for their violations. At the same time, a bill—known as "Jessica's Law"— was proposed. It would require corner stores to offer better security for late-night workers.

Jeffrey and Kevin keep on awaiting trial in association with Jessica's vanishing and likely demise. Then, her family trusts their little girl, and some other influenced casualties will get the equity they so legitimately merit.

It's lamentable to think Jessica was just attempting to accommodate her family when her life was stopped. How about we trust she and her family discovers equity and conclusion from this disaster.
