French Study: Children's are Athletes By Nature

Researchers from France said that children at the age of pre-teens enjoy physical fitness and physical strength, similar to professional sports athletes. Researchers scientifically prove what parents already know about their children.

The fitness comparisons they made between a group of young adults aged 8 to 12 and a group of uneducated adults as well as athletes who practiced endurance sports showed that children not only had stress-enduring muscles but also recovered quickly, the researchers said. After participating in intensive training.

The researchers, under the supervision of Sebastian Rattle of the French University of Clermont-Ferrand, published the results of their study in the Journal of Physiology in Physiology. During the study, the researchers examined heart rate, oxygen and lactose levels in the three groups after undergoing hard-wheel drive training.

The study found that the 12 boys, who were not already experienced athletes, had vastly outperformed these rates, which are similar to those of the 13 athletes who participated in the research.
